Little Celebrations is not responsible for, nor does it give any warranty in respect to any materials, food stuffs or other supplies which give rise to:

• any adverse affect on any person due to allergy or intolerant reaction arising from that person’s consumption of any food supplied by Little Celebrations.  It is the client’s responsibility to advise us of any such allergies at the time of ordering.
• any damage suffered by any person using any materials supplied by Little Celebrations
• any damage suffered by any person or property in the conduct of any game or activity supplied by Little Celebrations.
• any loss or damage to any material and goods including food agreed to be supplied by Little Celebrations, which damage occurs in transit, during delivery, or in any other manner after the material has left the premises of Little Celebrations.

You, the customer, hereby indemnify Little Celebrations against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against Little Celebrations by any person arising from the provision of any goods and materials including food supplied by Little Celebrations.
